Terms & Conditions

  1. The movie vouchers are valid for bonafide holders to book movie tickets only at (michelin.rewardzpromo.com)
  2. The validity of the campaign is from 20th April 2024 to 20th June 2024.
  3. The last date to register to participate in the campaign is 20th June 2024.
  4. The OTP received upon registration will be valid for 6 months from the date of registration for booking purpose.
  5. Only registered vouchers with OTP will be valid for processing booking requests.
  6. Consumers will be entitled to 2 tickets for the movie at partnered theatres. Consumers can book any show between Monday to Thursday (Full Day, All shows) and Friday – Sunday (Pre noon shows) for 6 months.
  7. In the offer the consumer is entitled for 2 Free Movie Tickets once a month.
  8. Once booked, MICHELIN INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, CineRewardz or RewardPort cannot be held responsible for any show being cancelled by theatre authorities for whatsoever reason.
  9. RewardPort/ MICHELIN INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for the quality of seats/ movie or any service discrepancies in the theatre.
  10. The movie voucher entitles the customer for only movie ticket and no other facilities in the theatre such as food and beverages.
  11. Tickets will be issued subject to availability without any seat preference. Show timings could vary +/- 2 hours.
  12. Tickets once issued cannot be changed/ amended.
  13. This Voucher has no commercial value. The movie vouchers are non-transferable, non-cashable.
  14. No claim or refund for cash for balance or unused balance voucher value will be accepted on this offer voucher.
  15. “The offer is valid for limited period. Registration and booking dates will be as mentioned on the Voucher/ Email.”
  16. Direct presentation of MICHELIN INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED movie voucher at the theater will be treated as Void. Shopper will have to register and use voucher on the campaign website.
  17. To book a movie ticket, enter the OTP code on the booking tab, Select Region, Movie, Theatre, Show Date and Time and click on submit. On successful booking request, you will receive a confirmation of Movie Tickets 24 hours before the show time over email & SMS.
  18. The booking request should be made at least 2-7 days prior the show.
  19. The beneficiary / holder of the MICHELIN Movie Voucher will receive detailed email on voucher value and validity on successful registration at the Campaign website.
  20. This offer is valid till the Movie Voucher lasts or the end date, whichever is earlier.
  21. The booking request should be placed minimum 2 days before the expiry date of the OTP. Requests post the expiry will not be accepted.
  22. This voucher is not eligible for booking recliner seats, Insignia seats, onyx diner seats, kiddles, and other premium seats. But is applicable for 3D shows.
  23. Redemption is not valid for Special screening if any.
  24. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the Offer would have to be taken up directly with RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. by visiting their campaign website michelin.rewardzpromo.com .For any redemption related queries, the consumer is required to call on 022 4027 0000 or write to michelin@rewardport.in  on Monday to Friday between 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, except bank & national holidays.
  25. Only 1 voucher can be used per house hold on same Mobile number, email ID and name.
  26. The movie vouchers are not applicable for Rewardport/ MICHELIN INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED employees, retailers, dealers stockiest and distributors.
  27. RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged scratch cards and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any terms & conditions without prior notice.
  28. RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
  29. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
  30. RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. acts only as a booking agent, it shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements between the service provider and the user as regards the standards of services provided by the service providers. In no circumstances shall RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. be liable for the services provided by the service provider
  31. Any dispute subjected to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
  32. Seat Selection:
    1. Most Single Screen have a single ticket class – Seats offered will be 5th row onwards (from the screen) 
    2. Few Single Screen and Multiplex screens have 2 class of seats (nomenclature changes as per chain) higher category seats will be offered.
    3. Majority Multiplex screens have 3 classes of seats. Top 2 classes will be offered. (Gold / Prime / Executive / Premium / Premier). 
    4. Few Multiplex have 3/ 4 classes of seats with just 1 row for recliners/VIP (8/10 seats only), in this case VIP / Recliner seats will not be offered, but other remaining higher categories will be offered. 
    5. To summarize, seat bookings will be done from top row of the above mentioned classes and will avoid the 1st 5/7 rows from the screen, to ensure a good consumer experience.
  33. Types of Shows which are eligible for booking:
    1. All shows Monday to Thursday.
    2. Pre noon shows Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
    3. Pre noon shows on public and national holidays.
